Blog Tours and Blitz

Below you will find the list of the services we provide. If you don’t see something you’re interested in, please feel free to email us at enchantresstours@gmail.com and let us know what you are in need of.

It is important for you to know that bloggers/tour hosts may be booked solid up to two months in advance. The further in advance you book your event and/or tour, the better chances of having more bloggers participate.


One Day Events (blitz): 
           
                Cover Reveal Blitz:                    $40*

                Promotional Spotlight Blitz:       $40

All blitzes include:
  • 1 Custom Banner
    Banner size: 851 x 315 pxl (can be utilized as a FB photo cover)
    Custom-made banner reflecting book and/or event. Effort will be made to take author brand into account when designing banner. 
  • Promotion on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
    On the day of the event or initial start date of the tour, Enchantress Design & Promo will use its Facebook, Twitter, and other SM platforms, to announce the launch of the tour/event as well as throughout the event itself. For blog tours, each tour host will promote their post on all their social media platforms on the initial day of their post. Subsequent shares/tweets etc. are at the sole discretion of each tour host. For maximum value, authors should be prepared to share, tweet, and use their own SM platforms to maximize that day’s tour stop.
  • Media Kit - includes everything the bloggers will need for their post - Banner, Book Cover, Book Synopsis, Author Bio, Links to Author sites, etc. Note: aforementioned custom banner is part of the media kit.  
  • Support provided to Author & Bloggers throughout the tour
    Support in the form of troubleshooting and coordinating issues, inquiries and concerns that may arise during the tour to ensure the best possible experience for author and tour host.
  • Tour page on Enchantress Design & Promo website
    Includes: book cover, blurb, Goodreads link, pre-order link if available or the release date, excerpt, author info, etc. During the event/tour your tour page will be on our “home page.” Once the event/tour has ended, your tour page will be moved to the “Previous Blog Tours” page where readers can locate it by clicking on the banner of the event/tour, which remains on our home page.
  • Option of Rafflecopter Giveaway Widget - includes creations, monitor & provide author with winner's contact information (NOTE: giveaway provided by author) should the author wish to include it. 
  • Tour Hosts also receive the post in HTML Code for them to just copy/paste. This is not only a great convenience for the tour host but this also helps ensure that everything that needs to be included within the post.

    Blog Tours 

    Blog Tour Packages:

               Package #1 (1 week):  $60
             Package #2 (2 weeks): $90
             Package #3 (3 weeks): $120
             Package #4* (4 weeks): $150


    All packages include:

    1 Teaser Graphic Basic
           Graphic size: Square 2000 x 2000 plx
           Graphic will include a short quote (15-20 words) and the book cover


    Author will provide the following information for the creation of the blog tour:
    • Book Cover
    • Book links (i.e. Goodreads and book vendors)
    • Excerpt  
    • About the Author (Author’s bio and picture – note that including a picture is optional)
    • Author Links (i.e. website & social media)
    • Giveaway (when part of the tour)
    • ARC if reviews are part of the tour

    Blog Tours can consist of the following types of stops, which can be mixed or specifically just one type. The author selects which type of posts they want to include as part of the tour.
    • Reviews*
      Author supplies ARC in exchange for a review posted to blog during the tour. Dates will be arranged by Enchantress Design & Promo and provided to Author when dates are finalized
    • Guest Post**
      Authors will need to provide us with the guest posts a week prior to the tour scheduled stop to ensure the post is on-time
    • Author Interview
      Bloggers will submit the interview questions
      Authors will need to respond to questions a week prior to the tour scheduled stop to ensure the post is on-time
    • Character Interviews
      These are created by the author, however, if the blogger has read the book prior to the tour, they can request the option of creating the interview questions for the character.

    • Character Bio/Profiles
      These are created by the author and a great way for readers to get to know the characters better and get some of the information they may have missed while devouring their book. 
    • Promotional Spotlight

    *ARCs must be available up to two months in advance prior to the start of the tour. This is to allow and ensure that the reviewers/blog tour hosts have sufficient time to read and review. We understand that sometimes the “two month” time frame is not an option, and we are more than happy to work with you in that event, but must discuss this topic before booking the blog tour.

    **If you do not like to write or may have difficulties coming up with topics for guest posts, please let us know in advance, so we may assist you with topic ideas and/or many of our tour hosts may already have specific topics that their blogs focus on.

    An Important Notice: 

    Please understand Enchantress Design & Promo is not responsible for missed stops on your tour. After the tour is scheduled and all of the tour materials have been sent out, it is the responsibility of the Blogger who signed up for the tour to post materials on their designated day. In the event that a blogger does miss a post, we do follow up with the tour host via email inquiring about the missed post and requesting they post ASAP. Some times its just a matter of scheduling the post at the wrong time (i.e. pm vs. am), personal conflicts (i.e. blogger is sick) and there have been times when we do not get a reply at all from the blogger. However, we must re-iterate, finally responsibility of posting for the tours falls to the blogger.
